Our commitment is clear: when you invest in a repair at KRP Automotive, you shouldn’t have to worry about paying for it again. While many repair shops offer warranties lasting only 12 to 24 months, we stand behind the quality of our parts and the expertise of our skilled technicians to extend this warranty for the life of your ownership. In the unlikely event that a part we replaced fails, you only need to bring the vehicle back to us, hand over your keys, and trust us to handle the rest at no additional charge. This level of warranty support is rare in our industry, and we’re confident you’ll appreciate the added assurance.
KRP Automotive Standard Warranty
On occasion, we cannot offer a lifetime warranty on certain repairs due to factors outside our control. For these repairs, we provide a written warranty covering both new and remanufactured parts and labor for a minimum of 24 months and 24,000 miles. Our straightforward, no-hassle standard warranty policy ensures that you remain covered and protected, regardless of the repair.
Additional Warranty Terms
Our Lifetime Warranty applies only to select repairs, excluding those with used parts, engines, or transmissions, whether they are new or used. Items subject to regular wear and tear—such as brakes, tires, belts, and wiper blades—are covered under a standard 24-month/24,000-mile warranty, while fluids, filters, and other maintenance items are warranted only for their recommended service intervals. We reserve the right to limit or void the warranty if there is evidence of abuse, neglect, modifications, or intentional damage to your vehicle. Our warranty applies exclusively to repairs completed by KRP Automotive, and coverage cannot be extended to other areas of the vehicle outside our scope of work. The warranty is also voided if you sell or transfer the vehicle. While our warranty does not replace any manufacturer warranties on parts, it complements them, adding a layer of protection. Other exceptions may apply, and KRP Automotive reserves the right to adjust the warranty policy when needed, with updates posted in our shop.
